Hi! It's nice to meet you.

I'm Julian. Lawyer, creator, & advocate.

The Journey

Hi! I'm Julian. Grad of UC Berkeley and Harvard Law, content creator and lawyer for creators, influencers, and small businesses with my firm For Creators by Creators, PC.

For as long as I can remember, I've sought to fight for the little guy. Whether it's underprivileged youth in the Sacramento area or a first generation college student, my goal is to pay forward knowledge, wisdom, and perspective while working to advocate for those who lack a voice.

After Harvard, I joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati — one of Silicon Valley's top firms. But the prestige came at a cost. A mental health crisis forced me to rethink everything. In 2021, I wrote a LinkedIn post about my experience that went viral, reaching over 2.5 million people. That moment of honesty changed my trajectory and led me to found FCBC in May 2022.

The Firm

FCBC represents content creators and influencers on the legal issues that matter most to them: platform disputes, brand deal contracts, IP protection, and FTC compliance.

The name says it all — "For Creators By Creators" — because I'm one. I understand the creator economy from the inside out, and that perspective shapes every case I take on.

The Real Cost of Success

In this TEDx talk, Julian gets honest about what ambition really costs — and why the conversation around mental health in high-achieving spaces is long overdue.

The Content

As a creator on social media I talk politics, provide legal analysis, and advocate for mental health. I've given two TEDx talks — one on mental health and one on legal rights for content creators — and my content bridges the gap between complex legal concepts and the everyday reality of being a creator.

I'm also actively building communities focused on professional and interpersonal development on social media. Join anytime for some free mentorship.

The Community

I'm politically active in my hometown of Folsom, CA, where I was born and raised and currently reside. I joined the Folsom Area Democratic Club board in early 2024 and was elected President in 2026, growing the organization to over 300 members.

From monthly meetings to community events and civic education, I believe meaningful change starts at the local level.
